The Rockshow begins a new year and new era by paying tribute to a legend of the past. Philip Lynott, leader of the mighty Thin Lizzy, passed away on 4th January 1986 at the age of just 36 and is remembered here in a show which features comments from the man himself, many of his associates as well as his mother, Philomena.

Our show features a special tribute to Philip Parris Lynott who passed away on 4th January 1986. We have an hour documentary with various colleagues, band members and even Phil’s mother commenting about his life and career followed by a live Thin Lizzy in concert show from their farewell tour in 1983 from Hitchin.
